Price
The prices shown are for Pounds Sterling and are inclusive of any taxes. Postage and Packaging are extra. All charges are displayed at time of checkout. Goods will be dispatched when full payment is received and debited from your account. All payments made via the website are made using PAYPAL which is secure, we retain no information of your card details.
Delivery
Delivery should be within 2-5 working days, we aim to post orders within 24 hours, this does not include Bank Holidays and Weekends. Sometimes items are delayed due to unforeseen circumstances bad weather, postal strikes etc please be patient. If you have not received the item within 10 days please send a message via the contact us form or via email at info@kushmoma.com and we will do our best to resolve the problem.
Returns and Exchanges
We want you to be absolutely happy with your purchase. Any item can be returned if you are not satisfied with the product providing that it is unused, wrapped and in a re-saleable condition. If you wish to exchange your product, then simply return it in an unopened, unused and in a re-saleable condition within 14 days of receipt, clearly stating which product you require. You will incur the additional postal charges for an exchange. Please contact us via the contact us form or via info@kushmoma.com with the order number, products that you wish to return/exchange and your details.
Refunds
Simply return your item in an unopened, unused and in a re-saleable condition stating clearly that you would like a refund. You will then be reimbursed the full cost of the product and the original delivery charges. The cost of the return postage is the responsibility of the purchaser. Should the product prove to be defective, a full refund will be given along with the postal costs. Please send a message via the contact us form or at info@kushmoma.com with the order number, products that you wish to refund and your details.
Cancellations
You have the right to cancel your order and to receive a full refund within 7 days.

Please send a clearly marked message with your details and the order number.
If you have been sent a confirmation email confirming dispatch then it will not be possible to cancel your order. Upon receipt of the goods please return them unopened, unused and in a re-saleable condition and you will receive a full refund.
All products should be returned unopened, unused and in a re-saleable condition. Please obtain 'Proof of Delivery' from the Post Office for all returned items.
